Rules and Instructions
– Abstracts for poster presentations are only acceptable. The selected posters will be viewed as e-posters.
– Please submit your abstract by April 15 (Sat), 2023. All submitted abstracts undergo a review process by the IASS Committee. The notice of acceptance will be announced by April 21 (Fri), 2023.
– Abstract submission is only possible through our website.
Rules for Abstract Submission
– All notifications will be sent to the corresponding author submitting an abstract by email.
– Abstract must be original papers that have not been published in any national or international conferences.
– Instructions of preparing posters and information on projections facilities will be included with the notification of acceptance.
– Submission of an abstract indicates:
· that the author(s) agree to comply with the abstract submission and presentation rules.
· that the presentation is based on scientific and/or clinical methods that are ethical and valid.
· that all author(s) have contributed to and approved the abstract and its entire contents.
· that the presenting author agrees to register, attend, and present the abstract at IASS 2023.
Instructions of Abstract Preparation (Specific Guidance on Formatting)
– Abstracts will only be admitted if written in English.
– Abstract must be original and not previously published.
– Capitalize the first word of the title. The title should represent the content of abstract.
– Abbreviations must not be used in the title.
– Authors(s) are encouraged to check their submitted names carefully. Names should be written in order of first name and last/family name. Do not include degrees or titles. Indicate the presenting author as underlined. List each author’s institution, city, state, and country.
– Maximum of 400 words for the main body of the abstract (excluding title and authors).
– There is no need for references in abstract.
– Before submitting, check spelling and grammar carefully. Once submitted, it may not be altered in anyway. The reproduction abstract will be directly inserted in the abstract book.
– Organize the content following the Abstract Template.
Acceptance Notification
– Authors can expect to receive submission status notifications including the assignment of presentation format by April 21 (Fri), 2023.
– Detailed instructions on requirements and instructions for e-posters will be provided at that time.
e-Poster Submission
– All poster presenters of accepted abstract should make an e-Poster in a PPT file 16:9 size and in English.
– Should be no more than 20MB, and the original article is permitted at most 15~20 pages , and case study may use up to 10 pages.
– Please use OS standard font and any animation, video, and sound content are not available.
– Please enter the poster number, title, speaker name, and affiliation on the title slide, and when submitting, file name should consist of poster number (abstract number) and the name of the speaker. (e.g. P001 Hong Gil-dong)
– Please submit the accepted poster presentation in a PPT file via IASS2023@humming.co.kr.
– Please submit your E-poster by May 1 (Mon), 2023.
